Café Weimar, Währinger Straße 68, 1090 Vienna, info@cafeweimar.at, uses your email address to send its weekly menu, news and offers only with your voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Reserving a table does not require a subscription.

We store your email address, language, signup source, the consent wording and version, request and confirmation dates and subscription status. You must confirm your address using an email link within 48 hours. We do not activate subscriptions from unconfirmed requests or use tracking pixels.

You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting info@cafeweimar.at. This does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Unconfirmed requests are deleted after 30 days; unsubscribed records are removed after 90 days. Active subscriptions are stored until withdrawal.

Our technical providers Vercel (website), Neon (database) and IONOS (email delivery) process data to provide this service. No addresses are sold. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
